Dr. Stana Martin earned her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in Communication Studies. In 2006 she left university teaching to specialize in long-term care planning as a result of both her grandmothers going through extended care. She teaches required continuing education courses for attorneys, trust officers, and financial professionals and has authored two books published on Amazon.
