Lisa Gates has worked within the senior living industry for eight years. She has been an Administrator of an adult day health program and worked in numerous senior living communities including independent living, assisted and memory care. She also has 40 years of marketing experience and 10 years of specializing in events and promotions. In 2019, she opened a nonprofit, Metamorphosis-3 serving seniors and caregivers and offering intergenerational programs.
