We offer a completely transparent discovery process for prospective franchise owners to learn about our senior care franchise concept. This is a brief overview of the steps.

8. You start your training!

The first step is an introductory call to answer your questions, get to know each other, and give you an overview of the day-to-day business of a Senior Care Authority franchise owner.

We’ll show you our training program, which teaches you how to get your business ramped up and the basics of operation. It begins with a self-paced home study, with subjects ranging from senior care to business development and technology you’ll be using. After the self-guided phase, our one-on-one coaching and mentoring program lasts for 3+ months. Plus, all franchisees receive ongoing mentoring whenever needed for the life of their franchise.

We will dive deeper into the costs of owning your own Senior Care Authority, including start-up costs, marketing, and technology support.

This includes our exclusive Eldercare Consulting program. All franchise owners will complete a separate training to provide a unique menu of revenue-generating services to clients.

Before you make your final decision, you’ll meet our Executive team and other franchise owners. Via phone and/or in-person meetings, we’ll get to know each other better, learn about our company culture and values, so you can decide if this is a great fit for you.

You’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and we’ll be there to answer any lingering questions you have.
