Don and Elaine Minter have found great satisfaction in helping guide seniors and their families to excellent outcomes. Don's compassion was unparalleled during his 11 years as a food and beverage director in a continuing care retirement community. It was there where he developed his love for working with the residents and their families to insure the best experience possible. Elaine is a registered pharmacist with a total of 10 years experience in long term care. Together they are a team who care about the best interest of their clients-true senior advocates!

Why SCA? Don and Elaine have firsthand knowledge of many of the struggles that families have in placing their loved one in the proper communities with the proper care. All needs are different, and Don and Elaine's goal is to know the systems inside and out, and to be able to help the families make informed decisions. Don is a Certified Senior Advisor which arms him with the most current information and continuing education to help families navigate all of the complexities of today's senior care.

Don and Elaine are always happy to try to help with all the necessary services related to assisted living facilities or residential care home for your loved ones in the greater Kansas City area.

Collectively Don and Elaine enjoy family, fitness, boating, cooking, skiing, dog time and generally anything having to do with the outdoors. Individually Don enjoys strength training and running where Elaine enjoys yoga and anything relating to wellness.
