Jenny & Rocky Graves – Senior Living Advisors Serving Central Florida

Jenny and Rocky Graves are trusted Senior Living Advisors and owners of Senior Care Authority of Central Florida, proudly serving families throughout Greater Orlando and Greater Daytona, including Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Lake, and Osceola counties. With more than 30 years of combined business ownership experience in Central Florida, they bring deep local knowledge, proven leadership, and compassionate guidance to families navigating senior living decisions. Jenny is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and both are certified dementia practitioners (CDP).

Jenny and Rocky specialize in helping families find the right senior living solution, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, residential care homes, and skilled nursing facilities. They personally guide families through every step of the process—assessing care needs, narrowing appropriate options, arranging tours, and providing ongoing support—so families can make confident, informed decisions.

Rocky is deeply committed to quality and transparency. “I will never take a family to a community I haven’t personally visited, and I always review state citation and inspection reports,” he says. This hands-on approach ensures families receive honest recommendations and trusted insight into senior living communities across Central Florida.

Prior to Senior Care Authority, Rocky owned and operated several Snelling Personnel Placement Services offices throughout Central Florida for nearly 20 years. His companies focused on placing senior-level professionals, guided by the belief that “the right fit is everything.” That same philosophy now defines his approach to senior placement. Rocky’s leadership experience includes service on the Orlando Sports Commission Board, Orlando Small Business Chamber Board, and the Snelling Franchise Advisory Board. His staffing franchises earned multiple awards as one of Central Florida’s Top 25 growing businesses.

Jenny Graves, originally from Rochester, New York, relocated to Orlando in 1993 after earning her degree in Travel and Hospitality Management. She previously served as President of Condo Rentals for a national travel club, where she helped families evaluate options and make meaningful decisions. Jenny later joined Rocky in their staffing business, advancing from recruiting to branch and area management, and earning numerous national performance awards.

One of Jenny’s greatest strengths is helping families clarify their priorities when they are unsure where to begin. As the daughter of an aging father who lives out of state, Jenny understands firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges families face when navigating senior care from a distance. That personal experience allows her to provide empathy, education, and reassurance throughout the senior living journey.

Outside of work, Jenny and Rocky are proud parents of two sons, ages 17 and 23, and have long been involved in education, youth sports, and community activities. Jenny is passionate about health, fitness, yoga, reading, and nutrition, while Rocky has coached youth sports since 1985 and previously volunteered as a high school baseball coach. Their charity of choice is St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
