Senior Living Consulting Fees

Initial phone consultation (20 Minutes)

No Cost

Placement Assistance

Hourly

$245/hour

Package I: 5 hours

$1025.00 ($205.00/hour)

Package II: 10 hours

$1950.00 ($195.00/hr)

Travel Time

Will be billed at one-half of the hourly rate.

Skilled Nursing Placement

$2500.00 flat fee

Older Driver Self-Assessment

$495 flat fee

Peace of Mind Visits

Regular hourly rate as above

Payment in full is due at time of service. Bundled hours (packages) are paid in advance and replenished when unused balance is $250, in order to retain discounted rate. When services are completed any unused hours on retainer will be refunded.

Senior Care Authority provides consulting as a private pay service and is not covered by Medicare or other insurance plans.

Our services do not involve diagnosis, medical recommendations, prescribing medication, treatment or any financial/legal advice.
