David is the owner of Senior Care Authority for northern and central New Jersey and also Rockland County in New York. He is a Certified Senior Advisor, a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Beyond Driving with Dignity professional. He helps families and seniors navigate the broad, confusing, and stressful conversations regarding senior living options. David also can help a family navigate the complex and sensitive senior driving issue. He has helped many families throughout New Jersey and in Rockland County find the best senior living solutions. He helps them get the answers and information they need so they can make educated decisions and establish well thought out plans. David has also successfully helped seniors “self-assess” if they should retire from driving.
David was raised in central New Jersey where he also went to Rutgers. He is a proud Scarlet Knight! He now lives in Bergen County and spends much of his time visiting and reviewing senior communities — including assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities — to help his clients make the best possible decision for their loved ones. David will meet one-on-one with families to assess their needs and accompany them on visits to top-rated communities, assist with negotiations and paperwork, and follow up with families after a placement is made. If the timing isn't right for moving into a senior living community, he will help the caregiver, family, and senior understand all the options available to them.
David knows how stressful it can be to search for the right care and best living solution for a loved one in crisis. The abundance of options, establishing budgets, identifying the specific needs and all the paperwork required can make the process overwhelming. He can relate to much of the process because of what he has done to help both his parents as they have aged.
David is chairperson for Alzheimer's Association of Greater New Jersey Bergen/Passaic walk committee. He is a member of the Geriatric Advisory Council, the Senior Resource Group of New Jersey, and on the board of the Northern New Jersey Senior Care Network.

Ellie Miller grew up in New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Communication Science and a certificate in Jewish Studies. She is an alumna of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion where she earned her Certificate of Ordination, a Master’s Degree in Hebrew Literature, as well as a Master’s Degree in Religious Education. Ellie served as a congregational rabbi for nineteen years before she founded MAKOMnj, a new, independent, Jewish community, offering warm, accessible, and meaningful Jewish experiences. She is a Rabbis Without Borders fellow and a past president of the Morris Area Clergy Council. Ellie lives in Morristown with her three children Sam, Meg, and Jack.

Julianne Bell is excited to announce that she joined the Senior Care Authority as a Senior Care Specialist and a Certified Dementia Practitioner in New Jersey specifically the Middlesex, Mercer, and Somerset Counties. This position will allow her to continued interactions with families, assisting them in making the right decisions for their loved ones. Julianne previous experience in retail and business will be instrumental in her success.
Julianne Bell has spent most of her career working in home fashions retail, creating positive work environments for clients and employees. Previous management experience allows Julianne to be uniquely qualified to assist families in matching resources to their families' needs. Julianne is looking forward to the opportunity to provide this service to her community.
