Eldercare Consulting Fees

20 minute initial phone consultation

No Cost

Hourly

$200/hour (one hour minimum)

Package I: 5 hours

$900 ($180/hour)

Package II: 10 hours

$1500 ($150/hour)

Placement Services in assisted living, independent living and memory care communities remain a no cost service to the family as we are paid a referral fee by the communities.

Eldercare Consulting is an additional service, beyond placement services, provided by Senior Care Authority at the request of the family.

Payment in full is due at time of service. Bundled hours (packages) are paid in advance and replenished when unused balance is $250, in order to retain discounted rate. When services are completed any unused hours on retainer will be refunded.

Our services do not involve diagnosis, medical recommendations, prescribing medication, treatment or any financial/legal advice.

Senior Care Authority provides consulting as a private pay service and is not covered by Medicare or other insurance plans.
