9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser setting available in some Web browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Apple’s Safari, Opera, and Coogle Chrome. The DNT setting allows users to signal their preference not to be tracked by websites. When you enable the DNT setting in your browser, it adds a signal to your browser’s header, informing other websites that you don’t want their tracking cookies. However, it’s essential to note that although DNT has been adopted by major browsers, it is not enforceable. Many websites choose not to honor it, even if users enable the setting. We share your personal information that you provide to us with franchise and business partners to fulfill your requests for information about franchise partners and/or senior living facilities in your selected area and, in the case of requests for further information about becoming one of our franchise owners, we share that information with a business partner who may contact you via email and/or text messaging to provide you with that information. We have not sold your personal information. We do receive royalities from our Franchise Partners but these payments are pursuant to our franchise relationships and not the sale of your personal information.
