Who Is Senior Care Authority and How We Can Help with Senior Care Solutions in Charlotte, NC

January 27, 2022

To care for those who cared for us is one of life's highest honors. At Senior Care Authority, that is one of our founding principles. We offer senior care solutions to families and seniors to help them live their best possible lives no matter what the circumstances and to feel peace of mind during times that can be stressful. We believe in what we do, in what we’re meant to do, and in how we do it. When individuals and families come to us seeking the guidance and support of our caring and compassionate advisors, they can rest assured we have their best interests at heart.

Identifying a Real Need

Our founder and CEO, Frank Samson, launched Senior Care Authority in 2009 after identifying a real need in the senior care industry for a concierge approach to helping families through challenging and stressful times. We opened our first location in Sonoma County, California, and today have over 70 locations throughout the United States, owned and operated by dedicated franchise partners. With an unwavering commitment to helping families and their aging loved ones coupled with decades of experience in franchising, Frank and the Senior Care Authority team approach their work every day with passion and a sense of purpose.

Our Senior Care Solutions

We know that making the right care decision for your loved one can be a daunting task. So much depends on individual needs, which is why we offer a suite of services to be there for you and your loved one in just the right way and at just the right time. Whether it be setting up regular in-home visits from a senior care provider, scheduling respite care for a family caregiver, or helping you choose the right assisted living situation, our professional, experienced advisors can help you navigate your options and make the best choices. We can help you with:

  • Placement Assistance: We inspect locations for you and then join you as you meet with staff and residents, and review state reports to advise you of any citations or complaints issued against a particular provider. We’ll make sure all your questions are answered and will assist with paperwork and negotiations. We are by your side every step of the way.
  • Eldercare Consulting: Sometimes families need help facilitating essential conversations between family members, locating a skilled nursing facility or a home care agency, or finding the right resources and learning how to access them. Our advisors can help you with research, organizing, and decision-making, serving as a go-to person you can turn to when things get overwhelming.
  • Advocacy and Family Coaching: An advocate can be a good person to have on your side, especially when things get complicated. Each family has its own dynamic, and sometimes a third party outside the emotional landscape of that family can be of great benefit. A coach can help make sure everyone is heard and seen and treated fairly, even if there's no consensus, and can help your family find common ground so that resolutions are reached more easily.

We’re grateful to be able to be there for families and their loved ones during times that can, at best, be unfamiliar and, at worst, be overwhelmingly stressful. We ensure our clients never feel alone and always feel supported. This is what motivates us every day.
