What makes Senior Care Authority a great franchise opportunity is that the essence of the business is helping hold a family’s hand from start to finish. I can literally see the stress coming off the shoulders of the people I’m working with. Almost on a daily basis, families hug me and say, “Oh my gosh, I don’t know what we would have done without you.” That’s the kind of takeaway you get from doing this work.
Our franchisees have flexibility, but they still need to follow the system—those who deviate tend to have a tougher time. Senior Care Authority gives us a strong template, but they don’t micromanage. There’s a lot of flexibility in how we do our jobs. We’re thrilled with the franchise because we paid a fee, and we’ve more than gotten that value back. We’ve received training, ongoing support, and a network we can tap into constantly. I don’t think I go more than a couple of days without talking to someone about the franchise, how things are going, or how to improve.
Senior Care Authority is a wonderful business opportunity, but more than that, it’s a wonderful business to work in. I always tell people: if you do it just for the money, it shows. But if you truly want to help people, that shows too, and that’s what families want.
We feel we couldn’t have made a better choice. It’s been very successful, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering a franchise.
