Becky Eizen has always had a passion for helping others and for over 18 years has been advocating and caring for older adults and their families. Becky is an MBA in Marketing as well as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She developed and implemented a program for older adults called HomeShare whose mission was to match individuals looking for affordable housing with older adults who lived in their home so that they could remain in their homes as independent as possible.
Becky understands the importance of Geriatric Care Management and proper advocacy and knows that it can truly have a positive impact on a person’s quality of life. She is also keenly aware of the stress of caring for older adults can have on a family. Becky has attended many seminars on elder law, hospice care and pain management. Her advocacy and determination has been demonstrated in her dedication to her clients and their families.
Becky Eizen received her Bachelor of Art in Sociology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She worked for many years in the retail industry holding such positions as District Operations Manager and Regional Executive Recruiter.
Becky joined Senior Care Authority in an effort to help educate others about the benefits of Geriatric Care Management and proper facility placements. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with other professionals. Her passion for the older adult population combined with the ability to use her Marketing skills was a perfect match for the position of Director of Business Development.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, husband and dog. She is an avid reader and loves reading and educating herself on a variety of topics including geriatrics, leadership skills and communication.
