A half star rating of Winter Garden is more than earned. This facility employs staff that will STEAL everything. From your personal MAIL to your CLOTHING to your DENTURES. Don’t leave a small amount of money in their rooms because it will be STOLEN. The halls of the facility has the smell of bowel movement that can make your eyes water. I spent money to eat from surrounding restaurants because the food was HORRIBLE!!! Cold food is their specialty. I was there for almost 2 years. Why? Because I needed to have a level of care that they provided. PLEASE DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR LOVE ONES AT THIS FACILITY. My rating is my truth. The local dog pound gets a higher rating. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! (There are a few who I adore)
