Wesley Court is an amazing place to work and to live. The staff are attentive and caring. Residents are treated like family! The administration does a wonderful job at advocating for the residents’ wants and needs. The administration and staff also keep the residents involved in activities. I highly recommend Wesley Court as an employer and a home for your loved ones.

My family member loves Wesley Court. He was “loved” into the family as soon as he arrived. Everyone cares about him (and us!) and wants to make sure he is comfortable and happy. Besides the loving care he gets, the “menu choice” option is a great treat for him. There are many things great about this place. It’s as close to “home” as a person can get!

I have worked at Wesley Court assisted-living since 2011. It is a very family oriented community. We strive to meet the needs of all of our residents as well as our employees. All of our employees have really big hearts and care about our residents and work very hard to make sure they are taken care of. while we are not perfect, we do strive to be perfect and we do everything that we can to make people feel at home in our home like environment.

as a nurse with kindred/gentiva hospice, i visit many, many healthcare facilities. quality in senior care facilities ranges, as we all know, from wonderful to horrific. wesley court stands head and shoulders above the rest, by many measures. let’s start with the building. while this is arguably the least important factor, the building is outwardly attractive. it’s always seasonally decorated, a small touch that reveals the personal investment of the staff. the inside of the building is always clean. the team in charge of this is always hard at work, attentive to detail, and quick to respond to the unexpected. the dining services are exceptionally well-managed. the food is attractive and nutritious, and all it takes is a quick chat with the dietary manager and my patients will have any diet the physician orders, tailored to medical needs. the caregivers and med techs do their job well, but what makes them really stand out is the level to which they know each resident, pay attention to needs and changes, and feel invested in their health and well-being. the care and concern shown each resident, whether they be an anxious newbie or an adored long-timer is heartwarming to see. milestones are given heartfelt celebrations and losses are deeply mourned. wesley court is a family. the whole program operates under the capable medical supervision of the nursing director and the amazing management of an experienced, committed administrator. i’m thankful my patients are in a safe, quality residence, and if the situation arose, i would place a family member at wesley court without reservation. it’s truly a remarkable team.
