With over forty years of experience in clinical and administrative roles, Mickey has served individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health issues in both public and private sectors. He has been involved in building three service companies, ranging from a small not-for-profit agency to a large for-profit company serving hundreds of individuals in group homes. This diverse background has given him a deep understanding of clinical needs, regulatory requirements, financial aspects, and operational matters.
