As a caring individual, I can say this is the most heart warming place you can place your loved ones. Each resident is given high quality care, one on one time, and is given lots of space to enjoy whatever it is they like whether it’s coloring or enjoying the warmth of the sunroom. As an employee, I can say that this is the best place you could ever work. I have great co-workers, a great boss, and amazing residents! The Fletcher View Inn is definitely the place for all your loved ones!

Fletcher View Inn has been home for my husband since May 2019. He is blind, wheelchair bound and suffers from dementia. The setting at Fletcher View Inn is like walking through the door of your own home and enhances the compassionate care each and every resident receives. My mind rests easy knowing my husbands care is in the capable hands of David Strang at Fletcher View Inn the best kept secret in Hendersonville.

One would have to see this place to understand why I would give it 5 stars. From the wonderful staff that treats you like family to the peaceful covered sunroom, its welcoming and inviting and gives you the warm feeling of home. The owner prepares 3 delicious meals everyday and trust me when I say this "certified chef" know's how to cook. Friends this isn't your typical care home, these folks really do care about their residents and it shows by the quality of care that's given. I would recommend Fletcher View INN to anyone who is looking to place their loved one in a care home. Look them up on Google and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. One of the cleanest care homes I've seen.

I can't recommend Fletcher View Inn enough, as it has been the biggest blessing we ever could have asked for my Mom, who is in advanced Alzheimer's stage, and has been at FVI for 18 months. In that time, the transformations in her level of happiness, sense of well-being, and overall engagement with day-to-day living have been unbelievable. Before we visited FVI, I never knew what a group home was, exactly. But it is easy to describe to others now - it is, first and foremost, a home, which is the most important fact. Within the home, though, David and his staff provide an extremely high level of care not only based on expertise, but also on the importance of relationships. Mom is a part of this home, just like a family member would be, and they know her through and through. She receives very personalized care, eats very well (with all meals prepared right on site in the kitchen), and all her medical needs and medications are handled exactly right. While her memory has declined, of course, her life overall has improved so much since she has been there. The house is comfortable, always clean, and very safe, and we enjoy visiting with David and the staff while we're there. My family and I live several hours away, but every time we come visit we just come on in and make ourselves at home as well. Communication is excellent, and we can call or text anytime to check in. I'll finish my review by quoting something my uncle (Mom's brother) texted me after he spoke with Mom the other day by phone: "She kept saying, 'This is a fun place.' You did very well to find that place."

I have been at Fletcher View Inn(FVI) since December 2018. The husband and wife duo that owns this facility is the just the best BOSS ever. At FVI, workers are not treated just like an employee and our residents are loved and care for like no other place I have ever come across. The one on one care that is given to all our residents is the best there is. This is just one of the reason that make FVI the special place it is, because we are FAMILY.
