Cynthia Perthuis

Cynthia Perthuis leads the Senior Care Authority office in New York City and Southwest Florida after a 30+ year career managing teams in client support and service, relationship management, product and business development. Cynthia’s own personal experience with her parents and her entrepreneurial background brought her to SCA. She worked with her parents between 2010 and 2017 to find the right care, both in-home and assisted living. The stress of helping aging loved ones and working full-time and caring for her own family while living over 1500 miles apart was overwhelming at times. She often wished there was a non-conflicted industry professional to help when facing these life-changing decisions.

Cynthia has a passion for helping others and advocating for those that do not have the ability to speak for themselves. Her listening and communication skills as well as her networking abilities give her an insight into potential solutions to difficult and seemingly impossible challenges.

Jodi Glacer

Serving Palm Beach County and the cities of Parkland, Coral Springs and Deerfield Beach. “I have been looking for a career that would allow me to be altruistic. Senior Care Authority has given me the opportunity to use my strengths and do something good for families”. Jodi's first hand knowledge of the senior communities in South Florida, along with her connections in the senior healthcare industry gives her a unique advantage. Jodi is an expert in finding the best Assisted Living or Memory Care to match your family's specific criteria.

Marcy Baskin

Serving Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano and Mendocino Counties. Marcy is a certified senior advisor and studied Patient Navigation at Sonoma State University. She then worked in a community clinic as a patient navigator and advocate. Marcy has focused much of her efforts on senior placement, eldercare management, and the impact on family members. She has assisted many families as a caregiver support group facilitator, eldercare manager and family coach.
