Broadway Creek Senior Living in Medina

My dad was placed in a skilled nursing home and we could not visit him due to covid. Elmcroft allowed us to bring him to their facility and spend as much time with him as we wanted prior to his passing. It was such a comfort for us to be with him and for him to not be alone. Great place to work, as well as a great home for loved ones. Brad, the Sales Director, is very intelligent and will do anything for anyone ! The caregivers and nurses are excellent ! You can tell that the staff truly care about their residents.

Wonderful! I got to sit with my husband 3 days. I held his hand as he took his last breath. We were married 67 years last October 10. I am so thankful to the Staff at Elmcroft.. They were so kind and thoughtful. God Bless them all! Thank you, Nancy Hanwell

In my opinion, the care at Elmcroft Assisted Living in Medina is excellent. My family member has been there for more than two years and we have found the staff to be caring, kind, concerned, warm and professional. I do feel that EVERY assisted living facility is short-handed, but that is often because the Aids in facilities like this are not always long term and seem to move from place to place...so staffing is difficult to stay on top of. The nursing staff is more consistent at Elmcroft. It is very hard work caring for the elderly who have memory problems and the typical incontinence etc etc. All we look for is genuine concern for our loved one and that is happening at Elmcroft from all employees. We highly recommend Elmcroft of Medina if you are looking for a place to care for your loved one.
