Over the last decade Tzivya Green has worked with Seniors in different settings. She has worked as a Social Service Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Facility and held a weekly dementia caregiver support group. Most recently, she obtained her Personal Care Home Administrator license and worked as an Executive Director at a Personal Care Home. Knowing that many are unaware of the eligibility, policies and process surrounding Medicaid, Tzivya spent a significant amount of time learning about Medicaid in all 50 States and started her own Medicaid planning company, Sensible Senior Planning.
Kim Callinan is the President and CEO of Compassion & Choices, where she has had a leadership role in authorizing medical aid in dying into five new jurisdictions. She launched the Finish Strong initiative, which includes a book and suite of new tools to empower patients to take charge of the final chapter of their lives. Kim is frequently invited to speak at conferences, testify before state legislatures, conduct policy briefings and serve on committees as an expert on end-of-life care options.
As founder and CEO of Keeping Us Safe, Matt Gurwell’s mission is to provide strategies and guidance to seniors that will help them to continue driving safely until the decision is made to retire from their driving career. He also provides an excellent array of services and resources for both families and professionals as they deal with this very sensitive issue. Matt currently lectures throughout the United States on topics related to the aging process and its adverse effects on driving skills.
Tim Sutton is a 31 year veteran police officer who has worked with hundreds of families dealing with cognitive issues. He has traveled the country for 12 years educating audiences on understanding the behaviors related to Dementia with his goal to promote peaceful interactions for positive outcomes.
