Erin Galyean is a pharmaceutical sales trainer, professional speaker, and published author. In 1997, Erin lost her father, Mike, to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and in 2018, she lost her sister, Meghan, to a rare lung disease. These heartbreaking life events, combined with her professional experience, taught Erin how to effectively advocate for a patient. As a result, Erin’s vision in life is to share her knowledge with others so they can do the same. In 2020, Erin published her first book Badass Advocate: Becoming the Champion Your Loved One Deserves.
Dr. Judith Carney is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in mental health and well-being. She completed her master’s and doctoral degree at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia and has worked with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds to address a wide range of clinical issues. Dr. Carney is also a certified specialist in retirement transition, striving to help individuals make healthy adjustments in response to changes in areas that include career, health, family, leisure and social interests. Terri is the Founder and Owner of Terri K. Echarte Consulting and has over 30 years of experience in business, real estate finance, banking and client relations. Giving back to the community is an important initiative for Terri. She is a co-founder of 100+ Women Who Care – Miami Chapter. These giving circles raise money to bestow grants to local non-profits providing much needed programs and services throughout Miami Dade County. Terri is a proud member of AADMM (the American Association of Daily Money) and is insured as a Daily Money Manager through Lloyds of London.
With 50 years of clinical experience, Dr. Dorian Mintzer is an experienced therapist; retirement transition, money, relationship, and executive coach; consultant; speaker; and writer. Dorian has authored and co-authored several books and has been featured in a variety of media such as the NY Times, WSJ, USA Today, CNN Money, Forbes, NPR, ABC Evening News and the Today Show and has given a Ted X talk focused on “Embracing your Bonus Years: A Time to Learn, Grow and Evolve.” Elizabeth Marcus is a former architect and current freelance writer. Her essays have appeared in The New York Times, The Boston Globe and on online magazines. Her book Don’t Say a Word!: A Daughter’s Two Cents, is coming out soon. The book is a memoir about her struggles to make sense of the strange last years of her parents’ lives, when they cut loose and seemed to make a complete about-face.
