Michèle then coupled her real estate knowledge along with assisting the elderly and their families locate the very best living options including assisted living and memory care .
Serving Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, Nevada, and Yuba counties, Mark and Karyn Wolff spend countless hours inspecting and rating residential locations including smaller care homes, medium sized and larger care communities. As Senior Care Advisors, they will meet personally with you to discuss options and will accompany you on visits to locations to ensure all your questions are answered and even assist with negotiations.

He’s knowledgeable, organized and results oriented. Katherine is a “people person,” has expertise in building and managing programs, projects, volunteers and staff for various organizations within the education, retail, nonprofit, and healthcare industries.
Serving Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano and Mendocino Counties. Marcy is a certified senior advisor and studied Patient Navigation at Sonoma State University. She then worked in a community clinic as a patient navigator and advocate. Marcy has focused much of her efforts on senior placement, eldercare management, and the impact on family members. She has assisted many families as a caregiver support group facilitator, eldercare manager and family coach.

Steve is the owner of Transitions with Care - Senior Care Authority’s representative in Contra Costa County - a professional, full-service Senior Living Placement agency, whose intimate knowledge of the assisted living, residential care homes and memory care locations are in Contra Costa County and Tri Valley areas of Northern California. Steve Villa is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a BS in Psychology.
