Mark and Mary Molnar have a passion for helping people who are facing challenges. They have the tools and knowledge to help families find the best solution for their unique situations. Mary is a licensed occupational therapist who works with seniors in hospitals, in their homes, and in the community. Mary sees first hand the challenges seniors and their families face. She knows how to help identify goals and pinpoint solutions in what can often be a chaotic and stressful time. Mark is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and respected financial executive with experience owning and managing successful businesses in the financial, education and corporate purchasing arenas. Mark’s experience allows him to help clients navigate through a difficult and emotional process with knowledge and confidence.

Mark and Mary spend countless hours inspecting and rating residential care communities in the Greater Cleveland area. This includes personally interviewing the staff and reviewing regulatory reports. They can advise you of any citations or deficiency that may have been issued against a particular location. As Senior Care Advisors, they will personally meet with you to discuss options and will accompany you on visits to locations to ensure all your questions are answered and even assist with negotiations. Mark and Mary will only show you the best locations, based on your identified needs, and they will be by your side every step of the way.
