Pavani Movva

Pavani Movva, (Pavani), is a Senior Care Advisor with Senior Care Authority. Before joining Senior Care Authority, Pavani was a highly talented and accomplished IT professional having over 14 years of experience. Her detailed oriented approach to any problem in her professional life had won her many accolades from her peers and superiors.

Being brought up in a strong family background in India, where family care is valued, she understands and enjoys taking care of people, and assisting them whenever possible. Her superior attention to details and her family background makes Pavani an invaluable resource for seniors and their families.

As a senior care advisor Pavani meets one-on-one with seniors and families to assess their needs. She then accompanies them on tours of pre-approved facilities, assists with negotiations, paperwork, and follows up with seniors and families to ensure the facilities and treatment plans are meeting their expectations. If there are problems, she serves as the client’s staunch advocate and makes sure all the necessary corrections are made to the client’s satisfaction.

Pavani spends a great deal of time touring and reviewing the local living communities — including assisted living, independent living, dementia and memory care, and residential care homes — to help her clients make the best possible decision for their loved ones.

Pavani offers her services at no charge to families, as she typically is compensated by the community the family selects.

When not serving seniors and families, Pavani and her husband are very involved with their two teenage son’s school activities, she also volunteers at the local temple and food pantry.
