Mike is a retired corporate retail executive, most recently serving in Charlotte, NC. Mike has built and lead teams managing billions of dollars in sales for over 30 years. Mike is using his leadership and personal experiences to help older adults, and their families, live life with as much dignity, independence, health, and safety as is possible.
Mike is a husband, father, grandfather, and advocate for older adults and their loved ones. Mike has cared for his parents and his parents-in-law, and knows the complexities and challenges facing aging adults and their families first hand. Mike is a Certified Senior Advisor and volunteers with Charlotte Friendship Trays, York County Council on Aging, and the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Mike and his bride, Tammy, live in Fort Mill and are active in their local church.
Mike's personal experience in caring for aging parents, his senior care training, and years of successful business leadership in North & South Carolina enables reliable, informed, and compassionate care for the aging adults, and their families, 9 counties of North and South Carolina surrounding Charlotte, NC.

In his role as Senior Care Advisor, Mike meets one-on-one with families to assess their needs, schedules and accompanies them on tours of pre-approved communities, including assisted living – assists with negotiations and paperwork, and always follows up to make sure his clients are thriving in their new living arrangements.
