San Diego Team

This Senior Care Authority Team is spending valuable time understanding all of the senior resources and living options in San Diego County – including assisted living, independent living, memory care, and residential care homes. They are hands-on and welcome the one-on-one interactions with clients and families to assess their needs and to accompany them on tours.  Their professional backgrounds lend valuable insights on assisting with negotiations, paperwork and move-in process, ensuring that the transition progress is organized and smooth.  Being local and present in their clients’ communities allows them to follow-up with their clients even after the placement is made.

Christine Schultz

Christine Schultz has been working in the financial services, real estate and architecture fields for over 20 years.  Her personal experiences in managing real estate decisions while balancing fiscal constraints has prepared her to assist families in finding the best aging in-place solutions.  Having acted as a fiduciary for most of her investment career, she understands the value of having a well-resourced advocate on the team, a role she enthusiastically fills for the families she represents.  She is an active member of Urban Land Institute, where she is focused on senior housing research and trends.  Christine earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture at UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.

“As a Senior Care Authority franchise owner, I can now utilize my multi-disciplinary skills in real estate and finance to help families in San Diego County find the best residential and health care needs through professional placement assistance. I have a compassionate and resourceful team that understands the importance of transitioning seniors to stable residential environments that meet their long term comfort and care needs.  It’s culturally ingrained in me and practiced daily – we take care of our seniors as they have nurtured us to our own abilities.” says Schultz.

Caselle Reinke

Caselle Reinke has been working in the healthcare community in San Diego County for nearly a decade.  Before joining Senior Care Authority, Caselle was the Business Administrator of a 30-bed long-term care community where she managed the business operations, recruited and trained care staff, and internally audited operating protocols to meet state regulatory requirements.  She specializes in memory care needs and high acuity services and can offer families a practical perspective into care planning.  Through her direct care experiences, intermediate nursing classes, and volunteer work at hospitals, she offers her clients a 360 view in assisting through a delicate transition process. Caselle earned her Associate Degree in Biology from San Diego Mesa College and is currently perusing a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at San Diego State University.
