Here’s how our Platinum Care Service works:
To start, call us at 866-717-2477 for an initial telephone evaluation or if you prefer, you can just complete our client profile. This important information will help guide us in better understanding the right type of options prior to our telephone evaluation.
Once we have completed the initial telephone evaluation, we will follow up with an in-person meeting. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another better and for you to ask questions that may not have been addressed in the initial evaluation.
Based on your unique needs, we will develop a list of the most highly rated facilities that meet your criterion. We base our ratings on a sophisticated system that combines information gathered on our personal visits combined with the State of California Facility Evaluations. We believe that you and your family deserve only the best and we include only the top facilities that achieve 4-CARE and 5-CARE ratings.
A member of the Senior Care Authority™ team will check availability at each of the recommended locations and also make appointments for our visit. We will personally accompany you on each visit so that a Senior Care Authority™ staff member can answer any questions that you might have.
Once you have made a decision, one of our Senior Care Advisors will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork and finalizing the myriad of details that can often be overwhelming.
And, when your loved one is settled in his or her new home, our Platinum Care Service means we are always available to assist you and answer any questions that you might have in the future.
