Helping to Prevent Elder Financial Abuse and Scams

According to Investor Protection Trust (IPT), about 20% Americans over the age of 65 have been the victim of a “financial swindle.” Much has been written about elder financial abuse and scams including a recent column in Reuters claiming that senior financial scams are often all in the family.
